Experience:

Mr. Cox has been practicing real estate appraisal and consultation since 2012 with experience in the valuation of all property types and specialization in litigation proceedings. He has acted in capacity of reviewer and appraiser for purposes including lending, litigation, eminent domain, consultation, and ad valorem tax appeal.

Mr. Cox has extensive experience with the following property types:
